Listing Videos!
Video of your listing and / or video walkthroughs are a great way to advertise your listings - on Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube! Whether you've got a videographer or your smartphone and a selfie stick, video walkthroughs are excellent at showing the true flow of a property, like what it's actually like to walk from room to room, if the video on your home that you already have hasn't captured that flow. Post on Facebook to share on your social media, and post on YouTube to send through email or your website!
Once you have a listing video prepared, you can add that to your listing on ListingsToLeads (L2L)! Or, you can provide that link to your ASC and they can enter it for you. Instructions are at the bottom of this email.

Virtual Open Houses!
Recorded videos aren't the only option - why not schedule a "Facebook Live Open House?!" A day or two before, create a post on your page notifying people of the upcoming stream "Hey everyone! Saturday at 10 AM, I'll be doing a virtual open house of my listing at 123 Main Street! Be sure to tune in and ask any questions as we go!"
Then, on the day, just take out our phone, click "publish post," then scroll down to LIVE VIDEO, and you're off! Make sure to pay attention to the comments, in case someone asks a question!

New to the business and just getting started? Get creative - whether it's through photo or video, show your expertise. What are the biggest home buying/selling myths you hear as an agent? What's a topic a lot of people don't know about? Equip your sphere with entertainment and information so that when they ARE ready to buy or sell, they think of you!
