Petra Knauthe - North Port, FL
I sold my listing to buyers in Ohio. They knew the area but due to Covid-19 they were not able to visit Florida. So I created a video of the home and sent it. They made an offer and I sold it, representing seller and buyer on this deal!
Gwen Zackery - Fort Pierce, FL
In Mid-April I had my first virtual listing appointment from a couple out of the country. They had plans to come list their Florida Airbnb investment property themselves (as a FSBO), but due to the COVID-19 they had to use a Realtor due to travel restrictions. They received my information as a referral, so I spoke with them, did my listing presentation and CMA with them, and we virtually listed the property. The property was on market eight days and now under contract with a closing date of May 30th. Woohoo!
Julie Baker - Grand Rapids, MI
I listed a property in Ionia, MI just as the stay at home order was enacted. After only a short time on the market, we had it under contract after the buyer watched the listing video and a Zoom showing. The buyers were able to view the home in person at the inspection. The appraisal is done and came in at the purchase price which was 9k above asking price! We are on track to close soon!
