On April 22 I was contacted on Facebook by a couple living in New Jersey who have always dreamt of living in Florida and were ready to take the plunge! Four virtual FaceTime tours later, they have a fully executed purchase contract, mortgage applied for and inspections scheduled...the best moment of all was the picture they sent to me with this caption “Thank you for making OUR dreams come true!!!” This is the most exciting time to be a real estate agent! I feel alive and energized and can’t wait to see what the future holds!

On March 28, I held an open house at 18 San Jose Drive, Ormond Beach, FL, my listing. In came a cash buyer. We closed May 4! I sold another home on April 30 and have yet another under contract to close June 10. Yes, you can sell homes in a pandemic!
