Felicia Webster - Twinsburg, OH

In order to cheer up my sphere of influence on Facebook after the social distancing, I created and posted several positive video shorts in the morning. I have received lots of positive feedback and requests to keep it going. So far I have created about 7 videos.

Jason Cripe - East Grand Rapids, MI

My buyers...obtained an accepted offer on a home in one day before the stay-at-home order. They were excited and then the stay-at-home order comes along and they now need to sell their current home! We discussed how we could do it virtually with seller provided picture, video, and virtual zoom showings. Once they took the pictures and video, they sent it all over to me and we went through all of it over the phone, and I gave them feedback to make the pictures look as good as possible. Once we were all happy with the pictures and the video we went live. This last week we had TWO Zoom showings that went very well. After the second showing we had an offer in hand that evening that my sellers accepted. They are very happy!

Scott A Barnaby - Port St Lucie, FL

I shot my first walk through video. I am not a person who is looking to be online and I am not the best at telling my story. Jumping In!!

Tami Leliuga Shriver - Satellite Beach, FL

Teddy Bear Express - I organized a classic car parade through several local neighborhoods participating in the teddy bear scavenger hunts. We had approximately 40 cars on a 2 hour tour that cut through several restaurant parking lots with horns blowing encouragement ... we circled an assisted living facility where the residents were outside to wave at us! Then, we cut through neighborhoods delivering smiles & encouragement to everyone stuck at home! This no cost, simple day of driving-brought joy to classic car owners who can no longer host car shows, brightened the day of seniors that are not allowed to have guests visit, gave hope to restaurant owners struggling with no guests & helped over 800 families find teddy bears without leaving home! #TitusvilleStrong #Agent24-7

Real talk y'all - I got emotional reading all these responses. It's SO powerful to read all the amazing things you're doing in your markets. You're all incredibly special people.
