🏡💻 Virtual Open House Premiere Event - You've GOTTA Be A Part Of This! 🏡💻

We are launching an exciting new idea to attract more buyers to your listings across all our regions - an (ongoing) Virtual Open House Premier Event! The first episode is debuting Saturday April 18th at 1PM on our YouTube channel. Here's what that means:

- You'll need to submit your "virtual open house" video through a Google Form, with a cutoff time/date of Thursdays at 12 PM (for this first event, Thursday April 16th at 12 PM):

- You will need to submit your name, phone number, listing link, and video file. All four are required.

- After the deadline, we will build a regional open house episodes to premiere on our soon-to-be-launched C21 Schmidt Real Estate YouTube channel.

- To make sure the consumer experience is the best it can be, each episode will be up to 30 minutes in length. The episode will transition from property to property automatically with the property address, list price, and agent name and phone number. Our clients will be able to sit back, relax, and watch an episode of all the open houses in their region. How awesome is that?!

- VIDEO IS KING! Video is what consumers both want and expect when viewing properties online. This is why we're asking for video files for your properties. If you only have photos, we will add slideshows at the end if time in the episode permits. For tips on how to shoot a video of a property, click here. - We will take these videos and schedule a "premiere" on YouTube. After we have scheduled the premiere, there will be a countdown timer that appears, counting down to the premiere!

- We will post about these on our social media and encourage you to do the same! Then, at the predetermined date/time, the episode will go LIVE.

- The episodes will then stay on the channel for people to access whenever they'd like with new episodes added weekly.
